Hijacker hitches are a top quality, Canadian made 5th wheel trailer hitch.  They come in 16K and 24K rating with or without a slider (for short box installations).  The 16K model comes in both single and double pivot.  The heavier rated 24K model comes in only the double pivot variety.  Slider and double pivot systems can be added after initial purchase, meaning if your hitching needs change the Hijacker Ultra 5th wheel hitch can fully accommodate.

The Reese Standard Trunnion Weight Distributing Hitch features an adjustable ball mount which allows the hitch to fit a wide variety of tow vehicles and trailers. The bolt-together design saves on installation time.  Unique "on the vehicle" adjustment of the ball height and ball mount angle allows vertical positioning through a range of 6.62 inches and 15 degrees of ball mount angle.  A built-in friction sway control mounting plate eliminates the need for welding. The optional weld-together ball mount is ideal for permanent tow vehicle/trailer combinations and requires welding at the time of installation.

The lightweight materials give a finished part weight of 25 lbs., which is half of traditional steel tailgates. The lighter weight makes installation easier. A unique center pull has been designed into the No Rust Louvered Tailgate for easy operation. The black finish is molded completely through the tailgate. It cannot be painted, but it will not rust as competitive products eventually will.
